2010 Youth and Senior Outdoor Registration

Online registration is available to competitive youth players, senior competitive players, senior recreational players and Women's House League players. Youth recreational players must register with Dovercourt Recreation Association.
 
There are several options so please choose the fee options carefully. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION NOTES

Use the player's full name

  • (ie: Joshua, not Josh, or Katherine, not Katie, etc.)

Use proper punctuation

  • (ie: 1234 Your St., Ottawa, ON K1K 2R4 not 1234 your st ottawa on k1k 2r4)

All club payments can also be made online with a valid VISA or MasterCard credit card. You can also choose to pay via Interac Email Money Transfer (see below for instructions).

Refund Policy - Indoor 2009-10

Refunds of fees paid are not available after the start of the league or program except in the event of a season ending injury. Anyone requesting a refund due to an injury must submit a request in writing along with a doctor's certificate. Refunds will be pro-rated based on number of games (sessions) remaining. OSA fees and club administration fees are non-refundable.
 
Requests for refunds prior to the commencement of the league or program must be received in writing (emails are acceptable notice) and are subject to a $30 administration fee.

STEP #1 - Sign onto your online banking account

STEP #3 - Select the 'Email Money Transfer' option

STEP #4 - Follow the steps

STEP #5 - Make sure to note the invoice number in the 'Memo To Recipient' section

STEP #6 - The email to send the acknowledgement is: admin@ottawaroyals.ca

STEP #7 - Make sure to e-mail admin@ottawaroyals.com the answer to the security question

STEP #8 - Wait for an acknowledgement that the money has been received by the club

Why Must I Register Before Tryouts

The most important reason for being registered prior to tryouts is to make sure all players are covered by the Ontario Soccer Association's insurance. As volunteer coaches, managers and club executive none of us want to expose ourselves to a potential lawsuit if an unregistered player is injured or worse during tryouts.

The best way to make sure everyone is covered is to make sure everyone is registered.


Refund Policy Outdoor 2010

Full refunds, less any non-refundable tryout fee (the tryout fee ranges from $40-$60, depending on the team and Level), will be available to any player who does not make a competitive team. Spots will be held in house league for players aged U8-U13 who are released from the competitive program. A refund for the difference in the fees will be issued upon confirmation that the player wishes to play in the Royals House League. 

If a player is offered a place on a team in a lower division than they were trying out for and the player wishes to withdraw, there will be an additional $30 administration fee if cancellation is received in writing (email is acceptable as written notice) within 48 hours of being offered the spot.

If a player is selected for the highest level team being fielded by the Ottawa Royals in a particular division and wishes to withdraw, there will be an additional $75 administration fee if cancellation is received writing (email is acceptable as written notice) within 48 hours of being offered the spot.

 

All other refunds not covered above are subject to a $30 administration fee.


Once the season has commenced, no refunds will be due. In the event of a season ending injury that occurs before the end of July, a pro-rated refund will be available upon presentation of a doctor's letter.


 

If you ordered Grocery Gift Cards

If you purchased Loblaws gift cards when you registered your child online you may pick up the cards at one of the following locations:
  • At any of the tryouts until April 25th.
  • At the home of the Club's Registrar in Kanata.
